Bands

A Carnival Band is a group of revelers who celebrate Carnival by participating in the masquerade parade, known as Mas. Each band creates unique costume themes, adding flair to the celebration. Beyond costumes, joining a band means being part of a community, dancing to soca music, and celebrating Barbados’ culture. Bands are key to the Grand Kadooment and bring people together, making them central to the Carnival experience.
